The labor of our winemakers starts with taking care of the vineyard during the winter, continues with an exhaustive ripening grapes control to determine the vintage and ends with the wine production, verifying the aroma, colour and taste.

The coupages are made after the wines have finished the Malolactic Fermentation, establishing the different range of our wines based on their quality.
